TRIVIA: This was actually a poem inscribed on Senor Rottens bedroom wall
where he usually expresses his thoughts and convey his music via 'VANDALISM' in his HighSchool punkrock days. When PhilVio was recording their 'AT LARGE' album, they were told to come up with 3 more songs in order to close the album as a 15 TRACK whole record. Rotten & the band was by then too lazy to compose a new song and was already excited on just finishing the whole damn thing. TOMORROWS TEST' along with 'ST.VICIOUS' was pulled down from the wall and became a song filler just to complete the 15 track requirement.

TRIVIA: The song was composed by Senor Rotten & was inspired by a true incident. The title of the song was a 'Peoples Journal News headline' that caught the attention of Rotten & was so appaled by the story he wrote a whole song about it.
