During the mid 80's up to the early 1990's, SENOR ROTTEN was very active corresponding with the international punk rock community in Europe, America and Asia. This resulted in PHIL.VIOLATORS releasing numerous collaboration albums, Vinyl Compilations, and Rare Cd's in Germany, Portugal , Sweden, Japan etc., Establishing a good relationship and undo recognition with the underground Record Labels and international Fanzine makers of that time ( MAXIMUM ROCK N'ROLL- the 'punk bible' even featured a full length interview of PHIL.VIOLATORS in one of their issues )...This rare archive find is a letter coming from RADIO LIBERTAIRE an anarchist alternative radio station, based is PARIS, FRANCE expressing interest for the PHIL.VIOLATORS to be featured and aired in one of their programs.
